Silvergate Music is a Stockholm based independent record label nurturing unique musical voices. We release, distribute and develop original music by a small roster of artists, and we believe in an artist first approach with creative freedom at the centre of every project.
The roster spans several genres, united by a commitment to authentic, emotionally resonant music: Lina Verne, where pop energy meets jazz intimacy with europop shimmer, trumpet and clarinet lines; Mikadore, exploring smooth pop, soft jazz, lounge and melodic storytelling across the Dinner Songs, Vaxholm Songs and Storage Songs album series; Mikael Nords, modern Swedish dansband with schlager rooted songs made to move and sing along to; Mike Vernell, modern crooner pop and blue eyed soul carried by a warm baritone; and Molle Carlson, a singer songwriter from Orust on Sweden west coast where folk rock energy meets the Swedish visa tradition.
